How do I access my rented cloud Mac?
We provide an extremely convenient one-click VNC web entry, allowing you to control your machine in real-time via browser without any setup. We also support standard SSH and native VNC protocols. We highly recommend macOS users use the built-in 'Screen Sharing' app for a smooth 60FPS experience.
Are there bandwidth or traffic limits?
We provide 1Gbps peak bandwidth. To ensure your professional workflow is never interrupted, VPSMAC follows a full unlimited traffic policy. Whether it's large-scale model training data or 8K video syncing, enjoy it all without worrying about extra fees or hidden throttling.
Do you support pre-installing specific environments?
All instances come pre-installed with the latest native macOS. We provide you with full Root administrator access, allowing you to download and install Xcode, Docker, Python, and any third-party apps as needed. Your environment is under your complete control with no artificial restrictions.
How long does delivery take after ordering?
VPSMAC provides automated deployment. Upon successful payment, your bare-metal machine is typically ready with pre-installed environment and credentials within 5-10 minutes.
Can I get Root/Sudo access?
Yes. You are renting independent physical hardware with full administrator control, allowing you to install any compatible software freely.
How is data security guaranteed?
All Mac minis are equipped with native Apple T2 or Apple Silicon security chips. Upon order release, the system automatically performs a full-disk physical wipe to ensure data is non-recoverable.
Do you support daily rentals?
Yes. We offer flexible billing cycles, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly rentals to adapt to different stages of development or training.
What's the difference between bare-metal rental and virtualized VPS?
Bare-metal provides 100% hardware performance with no over-subscription or virtualization overhead. For tasks requiring heavy GPU/NPU utilization or Thunderbolt bus access, bare-metal is the only viable choice.
Can I cancel auto-renewal at any time?
Yes. You can cancel or modify your renewal plan at any time through the 'Manage Subscription' button in the console, which securely redirects to the Stripe Customer Portal.
What should I do if I encounter connection issues?
You can submit a technical ticket in the console at any time. Our expert team is online 24/7 and typically responds to hardware or network issues within 15 minutes.
