Scope and Confirmation of Privacy Agreement

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter 'Policy') details how the VPSMAC brand operator (hereinafter 'Company', 'We', or 'Us') processes user data collected through the vpsmac.com website and related compute scheduling APIs.Accessing this website or using any of our services represents your irrevocable authorization for the Company to process your information according to the logic described in this Policy.

As an underlying physical compute provider, our data processing stance always prioritizes 'physical asset security, stable system operation, and global anti-fraud auditing'.

Detailed Data Collection List

To provide millisecond-level compute scheduling and ensure physical hardware is not subject to illegal infringement, we need to collect and continuously analyze the following data:

  • User Profile Basis: Registered email, encrypted tokens generated by bound payment gateways, billing address, real-name authentication information (where applicable), and account activity weighting.
  • Hardware-Level Telemetry Data: We collect real-time physical machine CPU/GPU load fingerprints, core temperatures, fan speed sequences, power supply fluctuations, and SSD wear-leveling coefficients through board controllers.
  • Network Security Logs: Contains inbound and outbound packet characteristics, protocol types, connection establishment times, source and destination IP addresses, and any abnormal access attempts triggering firewall rules.
  • API and Console Behavior: Recording all operational paths executed via Web, CLI, or SDK to optimize resource allocation and serve as evidence in potential future legal disputes.

Legality and Disposal Rights of Data Processing

You expressly agree that the Company's processing of your data based on the following reasons possesses absolute legality and does not require further consent:

1. Necessary for Contract Performance: Allocating compute resources, processing payment instructions, and providing 24/7 hardware-level technical support.

2. Compute Asset Preservation: Monitoring whether hardware is being used for behaviors that may damage the lifespan of physical components, such as 'stress testing', 'Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks', or 'illegal cryptocurrency mining'.

3. Risk Prevention: Identifying and intercepting registration and login attempts from high-risk IP ranges or blacklisted entities.

Authorization for Global Cross-Border Data Flow

The VPSMAC physical infrastructure is spread globally (Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, USA, etc.).To achieve load balancing and fault redundancy, you expressly authorize us to automatically synchronize your identity information and management logs across servers worldwide. You agree to exempt the Company from any form of compliance liability arising from minor differences in data protection laws across different jurisdictions (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Cookies, Matomo, and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and high-performance analysis tools (such as Matomo) to identify your device and record interaction preferences. These technologies are core components for maintaining console login status and anti-fraud systems. You agree that we and our authorized third parties (such as Stripe) may track your device fingerprint as necessary to ensure the security of the transaction environment.

Physical Isolation and 'Zero Recovery' Disclaimer

Important Reminder: VPSMAC delivers native bare-metal resources. Once a user order expires or an erasure command is manually triggered, the underlying hardware immediately performs a military-standard physical layer overwrite. The Company assumes no legal responsibility for any data loss resulting from the user's failure to back up. We do not have, nor is it possible to recover, erased data; any compensation request based on 'accidental data deletion' will be considered invalid.

Data Security and 'Best Efforts' Principle

The Company employs industry-standard encryption technologies (TLS/SSL) to protect data in transit. However, given the uncontrollable nature of the internet environment,The Company only commits to providing security on a 'Best Efforts' basis. You understand and agree that the Company does not guarantee the system is absolutely free from hacker attacks or zero-day vulnerabilities, and you exempt the Company from liability for indirect damages arising from non-intentional security breaches.

Data Disclosure, Transfer, and Government Cooperation

Under the following circumstances, we have the right and obligation to disclose your data:

  • Judicial Assistance: Cooperating with global law enforcement agencies based on formal administrative orders or court subpoenas for data retrieval.
  • Mergers and Reorganizations: In the event of a merger, asset acquisition, or equity transfer involving the Company, your data will be automatically transferred to the new controlling party as part of the business assets.
  • Combating Abuse: Reporting malicious account characteristics identified as the source of attacks to ISPs or cloud security alliances.

User Rights and Restrictions

To the extent permitted by law, you may inquire about and correct your basic account information. However, for asset security and compliance auditing purposes, the Company reserves the right to refuse the deletion of certain core system logs (such as hardware operation logs and payment records) until the legal retention period for such data expires.
